• To guarantee the protection of our employees, they will be equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.

• In order to guarantee the safety of all and to ensure the protection of our customers in store, La Maison is setting up floor markings and protective plexiglass, in addition to respecting the rules of distancing.

• Finally, each of our sites will have gloves, masks and hydroalcoholic gel available in addition to reinforced disinfection and cleaning measures because your well-being is important to us.

2. DELIVERY TERMS

How to order your products?

• You can order your pastries directly from our online store: yanncouvreur.ae

• No order is taken in store.

How soon can I order my products?

• All orders must be placed before 10 p.m. for collection on D + 1 from 10 a.m. or later.

• Any order placed after 10 p.m. will be for delivery on D + 2 or more.

How do I get my order?

• Click & Collect collection in our Dubai boutiques: The Dubai Mall and One Central – World Trade Center

• Courier delivery in Dubai – (Particular Products Only)

• In home delivery (soon available)

3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS

​

We cannot honor several different delivery methods for the same basket. It is therefore appropriate for our customers to place an order by delivery method chosen.

For example, if in the basket there is a Wonder dessert and a box of financiers, two choices are presented:

• One and the same order if the Click & Collect or Courier Delivery mode is chosen because the two products can be delivered via these two modes.

• Two different orders, which must be done separately, if the Home delivery mode is chosen because only the financial box can benefit from this delivery method.

In the event of different delivery methods, payment of the shipping costs is due for each of the methods chosen.

Please note: when checking out your basket, if it contains different delivery methods for your products, it will not be able to lead to payment. The basket can only take into account one and the same delivery method per order, regardless of the number of products. If necessary, it will then display an error message: ”One or more of your items have incompatible delivery methods or are out of stock”. To be able to complete the payment, it is advisable to check the contents of the basket and to choose products that are all available in the same delivery method.

4. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT OF PRODUCTS

The preparation of orders is carried out by us, in our workshop.

We pay particular attention to the packaging of your purchases. They are arranged and wedged with the greatest care using air cushions in our shipping boxes to protect them from shocks. Our packaging uses insulating materials as well as cold preservatives, in order to guarantee the maintenance of an ideal temperature until delivery.

The quality and freshness of Yann Couvreur products remain intact.

IMPORTANT: IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT

​

In order to optimize the good reception of your package, it is imperative to indicate all the necessary elements on the recipient's delivery address (door code, building, floor, presence of a guard if the recipient is absent, etc.) .

Maison Yann Couvreur cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a package due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the absence of the recipient.

In the event of the recipient's absence, our carrier leaves a transit advice note in the mailbox. This notice specifies the address at which the parcel is to be withdrawn (nearest post office).

If the carrier was unable to leave a transit advice note (no mailbox, missing door code, etc.), it is possible to follow the status of your delivery directly on the www.chronopost.fr website using the Shipment number indicated to you by e-mail when your package was dispatched. The address of the post office will then be specified there.
